Ultra precision requires measuring accuracies down to the sub-micrometer range.
Tight shape-position tolerances, temperature-critical dimensions, workpiece tension – none of this can be checked and therefore not handled without a high-precision coordinate measuring machine. Kugler has a very precise Mitutoyo Legex coordinate measuring machine with various measuring heads to meet these challenges.

Our special measuring algorithms, developed by our team of engineers, make it possible to achieve meaningful measurement results even in the unfavorable situation that manufacturing accuracy, measuring accuracy and component requirements are all of the same micrometer order of magnitude!
